The week end is here!

Here it is Saturday and we hold open houses on property in this area that we have listed for sale. I just received a letter in the mail in which one of our local banks is telling me that Mortgage Insurance is now TAX DEDUCTIBLE! Is that good news or what? Contact your financial advisor or tax preparer but it certainly is something to think about this time of year! Michigan's Water Wonderland

Hello everyone we have now begun our new year! Here in St. Clair County today it is like a spring day, no snow, now frost, we could hear the birds sing soon and the flowers begin to bloom! While we all talk of the weather, I can also note that the mortgage rates are good right now and we have some wonderful properties for sale. School started yesterday for the children and so we must drive with care. This is the famous tax time that we all are so intense about but it is a fact of life and so if we just take care of it and submit and get on with life we will be ok. The 15th of April always seems to come upon us quickly. Well, I am off for coffee and breakfast at a great little restaurant in Marine City! Nancy Notes
