Hi everyone and it is time to start getting on with summer and the temp here is again to be 91 degrees! What is going on in your corner of the world? The election is now with the two candidates and we need to make a decision there and also there is so much going on in each of our communities that I am really excited. Real estate is moving and that means folks are moving into our area or they are moving out and making room for others to come in. What controversy do you want to discuss today? Hello everyone and here it is Friday with the big withdrawal candidate issue on Saturday and also the race with Big Brown. How is the real estate world in your part of the world? I believe we have leveled off and are starting to hold our own as far as pricing. Tell me where you are from and what is going on in the news in your corner. FUN HOLIDAYS BEFORE US

Hi everyone, well, it is soon going to be apple picking time, harvesting time and of course school is back in session as well. With all the hipe of the real estate world I hope you are turning off your tv and reading more books. In every part of the country there are down times and the real estate industry is taking its turn. We are still selling, people are still buying for all the reasons we have always bought and sold. Yes we are working harder but hard work never hurt anyone, so let's get on with life and enjoy while we can. The sun is out, the sky is blue and we have much to look forward to. SUMMER IS HERE AND I LOVE IT!

Come and enjoy the water this summer! The art festival is past, but the off shore boat races are coming the end of July. Of course the fireworks the 4th will be spectacular as always. Many wonderful properties for sale right now on the St. Clair River, so come by for a visit and stay a life time! Spring Time Easter Time

Hi everyone! Well, here it is spring/Easter and am I glad. The snow is nice in November and December but I am ready for the Art Fair, Music in the Gazebo, Walks on the Boardwalk and concerts in the park and the Boat Races! April Showers

What a wonderful day we are having in this waterwonderland of St. Clair County! The sun is bright and the temp is up and the water is blue! You really must visit our corner of the world this summer. We have the art fairs, the antique show, the boat shows, races, music in the gazebo and so much more. Did you know that Friday March 30 is Puppy Day? And don't forget the fun of April Fool's Day, when pranks are at their best! And of course Easter is just around the corner. Looking for some real estate to call home or a get away? The Green Month!

This month has really flown by and with the time change it's wonderful having the sun shinning later in the day! It's getting up that is the problem but we can manage spring and summer on the way! The water is blue today and soon the shipping will start and the parade of boats will be going by. What a sight, if you haven't seen the ocean and Great Lake's ships then you must plan a trip our way to see this spectacular sight. Many motels and hotels for accommodations and also small houses to buy for that summer get-away or retreat! Remember flying kites or playing jacks? Well, March 27 is "kite flying day". So get to that dollar store, buy a kite and sale it high in the sky:) Also coming up is "National Puppy Day".
